In our Reformer Pilates Jumpboard class you can expect an energetic and intense full body workout. The Jumpboard enables high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on the Reformer and thus offers a combination of endurance and strength training. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the exercises and help you achieve your fitness goals.

With HIIT, the high-intensity interval training, high-intensity stress phases alternate with recovery phases. This type of training not only gives you more cardiovascular endurance but also speeds up your metabolism.

Thanks to the HIIT afterburn effect, the body's energy consumption is significantly higher even after training. HIIT training also increases the capacity of your mitochondria (important for cell respiration and the body's energy supply) and thus has a rejuvenating effect.

How to reach our studio

Our Reformer Pilates classes take place at our Pilates studio on Eschersheimer Landstraße in Frankfurt Eschersheim, directly above the Alnatura supermarket. Because we're centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, you can reach us quickly from neighboring districts and the city center.

  • Take the subway lines 1, 2, 3 or 8, stop “Weißer Stein”
  • Take the S6, get off at “Frankfurt Eschersheim”.
  • By bus lines 63, 66 and 69, stop “Weißer Stein”
  • Our studio is only a short walk of a maximum of 5 minutes from both stops.
  • By car: Limited parking spaces are available on Eschersheimer Landstraße or Josephskirchstraße

HIIT Jumpboard: FAQ

Imagine a light, flowing jump – gentle on the joints yet powerful. Jumpboarding is safe for many, but you should be cautious if you have joint problems, are pregnant, or are back pain. We're happy to advise you and find the best practice for you!

During the private Reformer Pilates introductory lesson for new customers, you will receive instruction in the Jumpboard HIIT training. In the regular Jumpboard classes, we then adapt the exercises to your needs and support you in doing them correctly. Over time you will progress and improve your skills. So you can also take part in the Jumpboard classes as a beginner.
