ICAROS combines core training and virtual reality
The original goal that gave rise to the idea of ICAROS was nothing less than to make an ancient human dream come true: to enable us humans to fly. With the first ICAROS PRO device in Frankfurt am Main, PURAJANA brings you a little closer to this dream.
At the same time, we take core training to a new level. ICAROS strengthens your core and upper body muscles and sharpens your coordination and sense of balance when flying through fascinating virtual worlds. It combines fitness and virtual reality, creating exciting and effective training experiences.
Why is core training so important?
In many people, the muscles of the trunk region are often poorly developed due to prolonged sitting and lack of exercise. The main goal of core training is to strengthen and stabilize the muscles in the torso area. The aim is to specifically activate the muscle chains that act as a connection between the upper and lower body.
What are the advantages of core training with the ICAROS
- Improving posture and stability
- Increase training motivation
- Improving balance and coordination
- Prevention of back pain and tension
- Improving the ability to concentrate
- Increase in reaction speed
- Reducing the risk of injury
How does the training on the ICAROS work?
After just a short time on the ICAROS, you can feel pretty much all the muscles in your body. The variable planking position enables dynamic exercises for efficient and versatile core training. The images in the virtual reality glasses give the feeling of being directly in the environment shown. It's a magnificent experience.
Try the ICAROS and find out for yourself how much fun this spectacular and challenging training method is. We are of course available to provide you with instructions to ensure you have a safe and maximum experience on the ICAROS.
