Purajana Studio Class Levels

Start slow and connect with yourself – Our Foundation Level is a safe space for students who are new to Yoga and Reformer Pilates or have limited experience. It’s also for those who want to grow their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment, skillful breathing and of course cultivate mindfulness and presence. You don’t need to be strong & flexible, you will improve both through regular attendance and become more aware of the relationship between your mind and body. 

Bring it to the next level on your own pace –In the Evolution Level, we build upon the foundations of your Yoga and Reformer Pilates practice and take it to the next level. This class is perfect for students who have some experience and want to deepen their practice. We focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll also be introduced to new and more challenging variations of the basic poses you already know. In this class, you'll work on refining your alignment and breath control. We will guide you through the practice and offer modifications and adjustments to help you progress at your own pace. Challenge yourself and keep breathing – Open level classes serve students who have a regular practice and are looking to evolve to a more challenging level, regardless of what that may be. These classes will vary in the degree of difficulty and creativity, always offering variations for every student in class.Classes may include advanced postures or exercises, and no matter what, students should expect to stay focused and be challenged in a friendly and positive way. Our open level classes will get students to move in a faster and more challenging pace and at the same time help them to face life changes with more serenity as well as strength.
