With us, you'll find a diverse range of yoga styles that will challenge and relax you in a variety of ways. Whether powerfully flowing, deeply regenerative, or playfully airborne – discover our yoga classes and be inspired.

Vinyasa Yoga Group

Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic, flowing, and yet meditative – Vinyasa Yoga combines movement and breath into a powerful, rhythmic unity. Each class can be different: sometimes challenging and energetic, sometimes gentle and meditative. The goal is not perfect posture, but rather the conscious experience of the moment. Maximum class size is 12 participants.

Restorative Yoga Frankfurt

Restorative Yoga

This practice is our invitation to let go. Supported by props like bolsters and blankets, and often accompanied by pleasant infrared heat, your body can relax deeply while your mind calms. Restorative yoga supports you in reducing stress, promoting regeneration, and recharging your batteries—especially during challenging phases of life or after intense physical exertion. A maximum of 10 participants per class.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga

With a gently swinging sling, you'll literally float into a new dimension of yoga practice. Aerial Yoga combines stretching, strengthening, and lightness in a playful way. The sling supports you, providing security while allowing you to move more freely. It's a practice that inspires not only physically but also mentally—perfect for discovering new perspectives. Maximum of 9 participants per class.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga

Hot yoga combines dynamic flows with infrared heat: Here, you can—and will—work up a sweat! At a room temperature between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius, you'll strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, and improve your endurance. The heat allows you to delve deeper into the asanas and test your limits. This practice is perfect if you want to work out, get your circulation going, and leave feeling invigorated. Maximum class size is 12 participants.

Teen Yoga 2

Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga is specifically tailored to the needs and everyday lives of adolescents. In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, you can reduce stress, move freely, and develop your strength and flexibility at the same time. Playful flows, breathing exercises, and short meditations help you become more relaxed, focus better, and feel completely at ease in your body – all without pressure to perform. A maximum of 12 participants per class.

Yoga at Purajana: Our philosophy for your well-being

We believe that yoga is far more than a sequence of postures. It's an invitation to get to know yourself better—in movement, in stillness, in breath. Our practice is open, non-dogmatic, and combines traditional elements with modern approaches, so each class is a little different. Whether you want to build strength, become more flexible, calm down, or simply try something new: we design our classes so that you can start exactly where you are. You don't have to bend yourself—neither physically nor figuratively.

Well-Being

Our community is diverse and colorful: people of all ages, physical constitutions, and from very different walks of life practice side by side. It is precisely this diversity that makes our classes lively and enriching – which is why you'll also find yoga for men and yoga for seniors here. No matter where you are at, our teachers will guide you with experience, empathy, and genuine joy in supporting you on your yoga journey.

Why yoga is so good for you

In a world that is often loud, fast-paced, and overwhelming, yoga gives you space to breathe – literally. Through the conscious connection of movement and breath, you step out of the carousel of thoughts, find peace, and recharge your batteries.

The potential benefits are diverse and extend far beyond the mat:

Our goal is to bring all these levels together. This way, you'll not only feel better physically, but also more relaxed and energetic in your everyday life.

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga in Frankfurt: FAQ

No, just curiosity and a desire to move! Nobody gets on the mat perfectly, and that's not the goal either. In our beginner classes—identified by the L1 designation in our schedule—you'll learn the basics in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Let go of expectations, take a deep breath, and enjoy the moment—the rest will follow naturally.

We practice barefoot and with comfortable clothes. For Yoga we supply all props and mats although you are free to bring your own. If you use one of our mats, we kindly request that you wipe it down after your class and put it back in place with all the yoga props (blanket, strap, block, boosters).

If you are pregnant, have any health issues, or are experiencing injuries, please inform us and, of course, consult your doctor to determine if yoga is right for you at this time. We are experienced and well-trained instructors, but we are not doctors or physical therapists. So please listen to your body and find out for yourself what it needs. Pain and injury should not occur during your yoga practice.

Yoga begins with mindfulness – also for one another. Please come fresh (clean feet, clean clothes, no overpowering perfumes) to practice. Move quietly around the room, allowing yourself and others a moment of peace. If it gets crowded, move a little closer – your mat offers you plenty of space. Together we will create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Yes, our yoga classes are open to everyone. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, male or female, you can practice at your own pace, find inner peace and strength, and receive professional guidance – without any pressure to perform.
