This is Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that connects your breath with flowing movements. Each pose flows seamlessly into the next, creating a powerful yet harmonious flow of movement. This form is often described as flowing yoga or dynamic meditation – it brings you into focus, strengthens your body, and creates mental clarity.
In contrast to the rigid processes of other styles, Vinyasa Yoga thrives on variety and adaptability: Each class is individually designed, sometimes powerful and activating, sometimes calmer and gentler – always with the goal of picking you up where you are.
Your potential benefits of Vinyasa Yoga:
- Whole body strengthening: Flowing sequences challenge your muscles and promote stability.
- More mobility: Dynamic transitions can help to release tension and open fascia.
- Yoga meditation: Durch die bewusste Verbindung von Atem und Bewegung findest du Ruhe im Geist.
- Individually customizable: Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced runner, you decide on the pace and intensity.
- Energy and lightness: You leave the class feeling strengthened and at the same time internally balanced.

Vinyasa Yoga: FAQ
Do I need experience?
We offer Vinyasa classes for all experience levels. Before booking, please check the class level information in the course overview. L1 classes are suitable for beginners, while L2 and L3 classes are designed for more experienced yogis who want to deepen their practice. If you're unsure, please contact us before booking – we'll be happy to advise you individually.
What do I need for my Vinyasa class?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and a yoga mat are perfectly sufficient. If you don't have one, we'll be happy to provide one. Please also bring something to drink and—if you like—a towel.
Is Vinyasa Yoga strenuous?
Vinyasa yoga is dynamic and can be quite challenging depending on the intensity. But don't worry: you set your own pace and your own limits. Our yoga flows are structured so that you can take a break at any time and still feel strengthened and refreshed.
How often should I practice flowing yoga?
It depends on your daily routine and your goals. Even one or two Vinyasa sessions per week can improve your flexibility, reduce stress, and increase your energy. If you practice regularly, you'll feel the positive effects even more clearly.
Is Vinyasa Yoga right for back pain or tension?
In many cases, Vinyasa Yoga can help strengthen muscles and relieve tension. If you have acute conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand. Our instructors are happy to support you with gentle variations and appropriate modifications.
Can I attend your Vinyasa classes while pregnant?
Yes, with adjustments. Please inform our teachers before the class so we can show you suitable exercises.
Do I need any special prior knowledge of meditation?
No, Vinyasa Yoga is a type of dynamic meditation that naturally leads you into a meditative state through breath and flowing movements – without complicated techniques.
